EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Interested In Exhibiting The ACA Mid States steering committee, being aware of difficult economic times, has kept costs for 2011 exhibitors at the same levels as last year. Alongside the lower booth prices there is also the possibility of reducing the cost even further by paying in full by December 15th. A new exhibitor referral will also result in a discount of $200.00 for your booth. As usual, ACA business affiliates receive a $100.00 discount.

The exhibit hall at Pheasant Run will offer you carpeted floors, and 8’ x 10’ area, table, skirt, pipe and drape, a trash can and two chairs, as well as a customized sign. The ACA Mid States conference also will provide a listing in the conference newspaper and a listing on the ACA Mid States website. As an exhibitor you will also qualify for the discounted room rate at Pheasant Run of $105.00 per night plus taxes.

The exhibit hall hours will begin on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. To encourage all participants to discover the exhibit hall, the opening buffet will take place in the exhibit hall between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. On Friday the exhibit hall is open between 9:30 and 2:30 p.m. There will be unopposed time between 10:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Set up for the exhibit hall can occur anytime after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning. The decorator will be the staff at Pheasant Run Resort.
