Interested In Exhibiting? The ACA Mid States Steering Committee, being aware of difficult economic times, has lowered boot prices for 2012 exhibitors. As well as lower booth prices there is also the possibility of reducing the cost even further by paying in full by February 1, 2012. A new exhibitor referral will also result in a discount of $200.00 for your booth. As usual, ACA Business Affiliates receive a $100.00 discount.

The exhibit hall at Pheasant Run will provide carpeted floor, an 8’ x 10’ area, skirted table, pipe and draped sides and back, a trash can and two chairs, as well as a customized sign. The ACA Mid States Camping Conference will also provide a listing in the conference program booklet and a listing on the Mid States Camping Conference website. As an exhibitor you qualify for the discounted room rate at Pheasant Run of $105.00 per night plus taxes.

The exhibit hall hours will begin on Thursday, March 8th, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. To encourage all participants to discover the exhibit hall, the opening buffet will take place in the exhibit hall between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. On Friday the exhibit hall is open between 9:30 and 2:30 p.m. There will be unopposed time between 10:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Set up for the exhibit hall can occur anytime after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning. The decorator will be the staff at Pheasant Run Resort.
