Refer an exhibitor to Mid States and receive money towards your conference registration

Do you know a vendor who would make a great addition to the Mid States Camping Conference Exhibit Hall? Refer a new vendor to Mid States and you'll be eligible to receive discounted or even free registration to Mid States. Here's how:

• Camps that refer one exhibitor who enrolls at Mid States will receive a $150 credit towards Mid States registration fees. Referring a second exhibitor will result in waiving the full $295 registration fee. Camps that have Mid States registration fees above $295 are eligible for referral credits of $150 per successful referral, with the total credit limited to the camp's 2012 registration fees.
  
• Individual conference attendees successfully referring an exhibitor will have their individual registration fee waived.
  
• Student conference attendees successfully referring an exhibitor will have their $25 registration fee waived.
  
• If multiple camps refer the same vendor who registers and pays exhibitor fees, those camps will receive an equal portion of the referral credits.
  
• Exhibitor must be a paid exhibitor to Mid States and must pay in full for the referring camp to receive registration credits.
  
• Exhibitor must be new to Mid States, meaning they have not exhibited at the conference within the last five years.
  
• Credits are only allowed to be used towards Mid States Camping Conference registration fees and cannot be credited towards hotel or other conference costs, including leadership institute fees, food, or meals provided at Pheasant Run through Mid States.
